Your surgical experience, from first call to six months later
Scarring, general anesthesia and a hard recovery are the three fears that keep most people from surgery that would change how they feel. Dr. Speron built his surgical program to answer each one.
- AAAASF-accredited surgery center
- One patient at a time
- No time limit in the recovery suite
Minimal incision surgery
For more than two decades Dr. Speron has refined procedures that reach the result through fewer and shorter incisions, with less anesthesia and less time recovering. Many are done with local anesthesia and oral sedation, so you avoid the grogginess and risks of general anesthesia and go home the same day.
When a procedure does call for IV sedation or general anesthesia, it is still done in the same private, accredited suite, monitored throughout.
Flat facility fees
Surgery-center and anesthesia costs are one flat fee, whether your procedure takes thirty minutes or five hours. Garments are included.
Implants and other devices are priced separately. All pricing

Inside Dr. Speron Plastic Surgery
The Speron Revision Promise™
Sometimes healing does not go as planned. If a result needs a second procedure, this policy keeps the cost of fixing it fair.
Surgeon-based revision
When the revision is related to the original surgical plan, and Dr. Speron recommends it or you agree on it together.
You pay only facility, anesthesia, implant or device and supply fees, where they apply.
No-fault revision
When the original surgery met the standard of care but your body healed in an unusual or unexpected way.
You cover operating room, anesthesia, implant or device and related costs, where they apply.
- Revisions are considered at least six months after surgery, once swelling has settled.
- The revision must be medically appropriate, and you and Dr. Speron must both agree to it after an in-person assessment.
- Procedures outside the original plan, or that were declined at consultation or surgery, are not included.
- This is a courtesy policy, not a guarantee or entitlement.

Before you book
Will I need general anesthesia?
Many procedures here are done with local anesthesia and oral sedation. Some, such as a full tummy tuck or rhinoplasty, call for IV sedation or general anesthesia. Dr. Speron will tell you which applies to you and why.
Is your surgery center accredited?
Yes. Procedures are performed in our AAAASF-accredited surgery center, an independent accreditation with strict standards for safety, equipment and staffing.
Do I need someone to drive me home?
Yes, after any sedation you cannot drive. For major cosmetic surgery our car service can take you home. You should still have an adult with you for the first night.
Are follow-up visits really included?
Yes. Every post-operative visit is part of your surgical fee, along with post-op massage, laser scar treatments and the six-month return visit.
What if I have a question at night or on the weekend?
Our clinical staff is in the office seven days a week, 8am to 8pm, so you can call or stop in any day of the week during your recovery.
